Youth Camp 2026

This year's camp theme is FEARLESS where students will discover what it truly means to live without fear by leaning into God’s Spirit. Through powerful worship, engaging messages, and real conversations, they’ll hear how 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us that God doesn’t give us a spirit of fear, but one filled with power, love, and a sound mind. Camp will challenge students to let go of anxiety, doubt, and pressure, and instead embrace the fearless life that comes from knowing God deeply and trusting His love fully. This is a space where faith is strengthened, courage is built, and students are reminded that God’s love empowers them to live boldly every day!

We ask that adult volunteers who serve with our camp please apply by completing the appropriate form below and sending it to the District Youth Camp Director at flwesleyanyouth@gmail.com. Please email if you have questions about which form is appropriate to fill out. Please also send a background check form if you do not have one currently on file with your local Wesleyan congregation

Background Check

It is the policy of the Florida District of the Wesleyan Church’s Youth Department to request that any counselors who attend camp have taken at least a 1-year break from attending camp as a student before returning as a counselor. The purpose is to help counselors understand that they are expected to have spiritual and behavioral authority at camp (they are not to act like students, but like adults). Counselors are not permitted to “date” or “court” or otherwise engage in a “romantic relationship” with students. Counselors are expected to perform certain duties and responsibilities while at camp (as requested by the Camp Director or appointed leaders). We understand that God frequently calls students to ministry while they are in high school (or even before). These students who are intentional about pursuing their call may be able to be an asset to camp, while also gaining great experience for their future ministry. Thus, for those students actively pursuing a call to vocational ministry, we do allow them to come back and serve without the necessary prerequisite of a 1-year break. We ask that you fill out the form below.
